COMMUNITY CENTER

The South Holland Community Center is home to spacious banquet rooms that are perfect for business meetings, corporate events, wedding receptions, family reunions, and more. You can even throw an indoor pool party or host a sporting event in our full-sized gymnasium. With elegant spaces, exceptional rates, and on-site event planning, the South Holland Community Center is ready to bring your next event to life!

The Community Center offers several rental opportunities within its 50,000-square-foot facility. Our beautiful and spacious event/party rooms can each comfortably seat 72 guests, but can easily be expanded to hold as many as 288 for events such as:

The former American Legion/VFW Hall is now the Heritage House and has been renovated into a beautiful, charming space for more intimate functions of 50-60 people. In addition to the spacious banquet room, there is a kitchen stocked with brand new appliances, cabinets and countertops.

Pricing
Weekdays (Mon-Thurs):
$75 per hour

Weekends (Fri-Sun):
$350 for 3 hours ($90 per additional hour)

Kitchen:
$50 one-time fee

WiFi:
$10 one-time fee

Security Deposit:
A $750 refundable damage deposit is required to rent the Heritage House.

This facility is available to rent for South Holland residents only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations can be made online (on the form below) or at the Community Center, 501 E 170th Street, 10am-4pm Monday-Friday.

PARK PERMITS

South Holland is home to 30 beautiful parks! These parks vary from small tot-lots to large community parks and a large sports complex. Several parks are available to be rented for gatherings with family and friends.
All groups of 30 or more are required to have a park permit. Please fill out the form below to request a park permit for your gathering.
